I think that Lindholm deal is great for both sides.

They will be very soon. Especially if they get Lindholm.

They are about to be especially nasty, but I think adding Lindholm will hurt the team's cap structure and prevent them from being able to lock up young talent.

No way does CBJ take that MIN trade. Boq has more value than that, and what Foligno brings isn't needed right now. Also, that move forcing them to put Gud on the 2nd pair would hurt the defense. If Boq IS moved out, I think it'll be because Jiricek has taken his job.

If they make the deal I think Sillinger has to be involved, but I'd like to hang onto Tex.

Sillinger and a 1st should be enough, maybe add Peeke or Boqvist too. That's as much as I would do, but it really all depends on what Lindholm would be willing to sign for.

If we can get him for 8m AAV on a 5-6 year term I would do it, but that's the max I'd go with him on both term and dollars.

I wish CBJ fans will look at Calgary social media as they are panicing over adding another long term contract of someone that will be aging out. Right now Lindholm would be nice for 4 years but everything changed when we got Fantilli. He's gonna need a payday in 3 years. We HAVE to keep that checkbook ready for when it comes because this is our 1C and we HAVE to lock him down.

Agreed, Boqvist should return more than this. I don't think it makes sense for either team. We do need what Foligno brings and we already have Addison who fills the same role as Boqvist.
