Jake Allen costs more and is not an improvement over either Kings goaltender. No thanks.

Kings don't have the cap space for Allen without moving other pieces.

Jesus what do you think mittelstadt is worth if your turning down multiple 1st and two more good picks.

The Sabres don't need multiple 1sts, especially that are 20+

This is an over pay for Mitts. The Sabres can use the picks in the offseason to trade for ab established NHL player.

Outside of the Eichel and Reinhart trades, Greenway and Anders Bjork are the best players Adams has acquired. There is no faith or evidence that he would be able to convert 2 late picks into an established player. Not only that there are very few established options available that would even go for 2 late 1sts

This is substantially more than what the Sabres got for Reinhart who was more established player in the same contract situation (remember Levi was not a top prospect at the time).

Habs did Dach and Newhook in back-to-back drafts! If you guys can't sign Mittelstadt you've got here a proper offer!

Levi was absolutely a top prospect at the time lol and none of that addresses the issue that very few players that Buffalo needs are available for 2 late 1sts

I mean exactly. If you handed him picks 25 and 28, plus any recent picks, and told him- go get a stud d to play with power-, I have no doubt he'd bank the picks and take another shot on a Lyubushkin/Clifton guy.

2 possible replacements for Mittelstadt on a lesser scale do not get us Mittelstadt? Do you want Kotkaniemi or what?

Sorry, it was already agreed upon by a few Sabres fans just after the Jets acquired Monahan. (BTW didn't you say we wouldn't get a 1st + 3rd from the Jets cause they had no use for Monahan?! How did that work out for you?)

They don't need to replace Mittelstadt, that's why he would be available to start

They can extend him, if not they aren't going to trade him for more Centers of which they have 4 more prospects NHL bound
