First of all, you'd also need to take back a small-ish cap hit from Dallas to complete this. Aside from that jazz, I think the main reason Chych's value is deflating a little is because the Sens shelter him quite a bit in matchups. It's not working the way they'd hoped, and it's making him look like a 2nd pairing guy more than a 1st pairing guy.

Vegas has a pretty deep defense, I don't see Chychrun as a need or fit for the Knights, he is a need for Dallas who needs another top 4 dman, not sure the Stars give Bourque for him though.

When I look at the Dallas trade, I have to think about what Dallas needs. Harley - Miro is a great pair, but there is a need for either a player to help balance a pair with Nils or a player to hold things down defensively (or both). I’m not sure Chychrun (though I like him) is the guy. Also, I see Bourque playing in Dallas next season (maybe on the same line as Stankoven). I wouldn’t pay this ask for Chychrun.

Bourque is having a great year, But is the 8th highest scoring forward on Lokomotiv, he averages 9 minutes a night. Both prospects are looking great, But is certainly anything but mid this year in the KHL

I never heard anything about them wanting to move Martinez, guess I can see it now, Martinez and McNabb are on the other side of 30, need to get younger on their blueline.
