Arizona happily accepts

Buffalo blocks your number lmao

EDIT: Maybe not happily but I think they heavily consider it, Guenther seems to be the real deal though

Arizona does not accept that at all

Lmao I'll admit I made the comment prematurely before looking at Guenthers numbers but in terms of fit I think Arizona considers it at the very least, they lack a top tier d-prospect outside of Simashev (who is a risky pick). Adding Hutson to what they already have would elevate their d-core to another level while their offensive core would still be strong due to their pick this year, Keller, Cooley, Maccelli and probably more that I'm forgetting. Maybe they don't accept but it's not out of the question in my mind

Fair deal. I wouldn’t do any of those but it’s definitely fair

Get ****ed.

They’re fair because they highly favour Montreal? 😂

Arizona is not trading Guenther and absolutely would not do it straight up for Lane Hutson. But if that’s fair to you then the Coyotes should counter with Soderstrom for Caufield.

Buffalo is also not in the market for another offensive defenceman that’s a defensive liability, and especially not for a top prospect with top 6 upside still. But again, if that’s fair then they’ll offer you Jokiharju for Mesar.

God Montreal fans know very little on here. Love a good laugh though.

Lol. Guenther has been very good but not good enough to be worth more than a top 20 prospect in the league. Hutson for Guenther straight up is more than fair. Again, I’m not saying any team would do it. In fact, both would decline

Saying Barron is an offensive D and that he is a defensive liability really proves you know nothing about him. He makes brain dead mistakes defensively sometimes sure, but every young D does. Look at Nemec, Guhle, Mintyukov, Korchinski and even Faber. Montreal wouldn’t trade him for Ostlund.

Before saying habs fan knows nothing, try making sure you know something about the subject…

CHI deal is probably fair, but I doubt CHI would have much interest in Kovacevic.

Some team will give you a pick for Kovacevic but it won't be the Hawks. Hawks aren't close to being a playoff team yet. Why give up a pick to acquire a 3rd pair RD when Hawks can just as easily sign a guy like Miller or Stecher or one of these other UFA's instead?

Assuming they stay in the 4-6 range, they’ll be in on Silayev, Buium, Dickinson. We definitely need more D depth, but it would be a crazy mistake to use Guenther for that when we have the draft pick to get an impact guy in a D heavy year

If the Coyotes win the Celebrini lottery, you do Hutson for Guenther?

I still wouldn’t. The yotes top 6 would become Keller-Celebrini-Schmaltz and Crouse-Cooley-Guenther, that’s a pretty nasty group. I have my questions on Lane’s skating, I’m impressed by his ability to produce, still leery on how that translates up to the nhl. If I had to move someone I’d move schmaltz for probably a pick in the teens, then use the abundance of 2nds to package it all together for Buium. He’s bigger, skates better, and is basically producing at the same rate as Hutson
