I doubt they would like to trade him, and unless you're willing to lose your 1st rounder, they probably match whatever offer you throw at him.

Canes and Habs simply aren’t going to be good trade partners for any potential Necas trade. Canes likely would only be willing to move Necas if one of Suzuki, Caufield, or Slafkovsky is coming back, and the Habs don’t want to part with anything of value. The only other way the Habs can get Necas is through an offer sheet, and I doubt they want to go that route again.

I believe that Suzuki is actually on St Louis's AHL affiliate, and while the Canes remain unaffiliated officially, they have unofficially re-affiliated with Chicago.

I could care less.

Although you being a Habs fan and not knowing Patrick Roy from a hole in the ground is kind of funny ...

I mean, sure, but I didnt think that would be of interest.

I was thinking more along the lines of Necas, the 2nd either Canes or Philly's and one of Unger Sorem/Perron. If Drury is of more interest thats fine too.

I'd get my NHL news from the kid in middle school before I listened to TVA Sport and Lavoie who's a little sh*t talker but runs away when you finally meet him face to face reminding him what he told you on a Facebook post from a mutual friend a few years ago...

Basically called him out saying he got all of his insider info from Bob McKenzie's Twitter feed... Which he did basically, even Bob called him out on it, and he replied indicating he would do some major harm to myself if I wasn't behind a keyboard. Let's say he buckled down his speech when I came face to face with him in his hometown (where I'm from) and reminded him of the severity of his keyboard threats. His buddy jumped in saying that Renaud was sorry... While Renaud was running.. LMAO!

TVA Sport got the trash that RDS left 'em..
