Why would you pay to dump Vlasic with that much cap space? Also why would Chicago agree to take on that much salary for that little?

Don’t see any reason for the caps to make that move.

Chicago says no, but the Sharks have absolutely 0 reason to pay someone to take a player. They have infinite cap space, just keep him around. It's not like the team will make the playoffs either way. Don't like the Marchessault signing either, he's 33 and will be 35-36 before the Sharks are even competing again.

Hawks have the Vlasic they want already. Absolutely no reason to add another one.

Who would you pick with that second overall pick?
Or would you trade it?

You didn't answer the question implied by your Team Title.

Hawks don't even have room on their blue line to take the bad Vlasic on. Give us the pens 1st and he can sit in the press box all year but that's about it

Pesce is getting more than 5.2 mill, and they can afford it.

Not enough to take Vlassic's bad contract. Also LD is the strongest position Hawks have. No room for a 2nd pickle.

Holy ****, Vlasic STILL has 2 more years on his contract. It feels like he should have retired 10 years ago.
