And you are probably thinking to. yourself, "I am going to respond with 'ok'." Keep in mind the BOE is talking about implementing a "job security" meter that creates a visual of where you stand and takes into account negotiation, activity, and trade results.

I can tell you right now, I don't have a problem with making an example out of someone; once this is rocking and rolling, these "ok"s are not going to rub me the right way if we have some borderline rough negotiations. Just a head's up.

*cue "ok"*


i just do it to pretty much say 'got it', just letting them know that i read the post, though i only do it if it seems like something i should answer.

You don't need to acknowledge a post; we assume that you saw it; especially if you are commenting in other threads.

Its an OCD thing and it just clogs up the threads

The post was more directed towards those GMs who don't do that

Why is the offer sheet thread "awaiting completion"? Should it just be if you want to offer sheet someone post your team, player and contract showing the AAV and listing the compensation?

I'm guessing it's there for the off-season, since there's only like 2 RFA's outstanding now. Process might not be hammered out. Probably something that can wait.

The Offer Sheet thread is awaiting completion because I need to put the entire description in there; formatting, etc.

It is going to be utilized primarily in the offseason, but there are a couple of RFAs that are not signed in the game (Nitika Zadorov, Josh Anderson, and Andreas Athanasiou)

I would rather that we don't offer sheet players until their team gets a couple of days to negotiate with them, much like IRL.

After around 4 days, if the two parties cannot agree to a deal, then Offer Sheets are valid

He had been preoccupied with IRL matters at the time of the v2 claiming and may not have checked back in.
