I agree but blues also say no as they have enough wingers too I don’t think it makes sense for either side

Whats bears price
Detroit isn't trading Rasmussen, unless a team overpays for him, or it's part of a package deal to land a star center.

The real question i have. Can you shed Pickles with by giving up a 2025 & 2026 1st round picks. Cuz by then you should be able to give those picks to someone else who has the cap at the time to buyout or play pickles for his last couple years, or whenever it really gets in the way.</div></div>
Sharks would have to include this year's 1st to have any chance of moving that contract. But Wilson won't do that. They'll just keep him and eat the warm pickle sandwich.

Is this TDL trade realistic
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Lancebmx</b></div><div>I don't see a team trading a second this year for Leddy. Maybe next years second or a combination of lower picks like a third this year and a fifth next year. Not really sure what the return would be on him, but I would be holding out to get a second.</div></div>
I would like to see what Moverare can do in Detroit.
He was a captain on Team Sweden U20 and is an extremely responsible defender and a good puck handler. He cleared waivers in October but has now been up 30 days and is eligible for waivers again and can't be sent down, at the same time the Kings have younger prospects they look to have placed above him in the pecking order. I have a gut feeling Jacob would be a good fit in Detroit giving Edvinsson and Johansson time in Grand Rapids to hone their play on small ice.
I'd seriously consider giving a discount on Leddy to get Jacob back.

Dvorak is available
Are you kidding me?
Ya, he’s available because he isn’t good. Another third line center.
2nd round pick, absolute tops. Not worth his contract, bruins have zero need for a third line center, and give up the world to a rival to do it.
This is a truly horrible idea.

This doesn't interfere with that.
Johansson becomes a UFA if he isn't signed by the Wild by June 22nd deadline this upcoming offseason. After that point, he is free to sign with whomever he wants too.
The poster is suggesting that Detroit sign him after the 22nd of June once he's available. That's it.

It'll still have to be a no from Dallas. Johnston is as untouchable as Edvinsson is to you guys, and I'm sure you'd rather have him over Hronek.
Trading would be a massive mistake considering we don't have that much offensive power.

I think Bourque would be the most likely player to go back if we're to trade for a young top 4 RHD.
Maybe Stankoven, but I feel like he has better offensive upside. Johnston beats them both by a pretty big enough margin.

some solid and fair proposals here , well thought out . They definately will need a couple of vets to mentor the young un's , lots of promising D men in the Wings organization.

Lindstrom is criminally underrated. Look at Detroit's defensive numbers with and without him. I think he should be playing a bigger role personally and would trade Hronek before Lindstrom.

2022 Deadline
I can't see Los Angeles needing or wanting a 35-year-old UFA LD. Barring multiple injuries, we can just run out the year with Maatta, Wolanin and Moverare. More likely is to trade for a younger LD with some term.

Holl might be worth a 4th. Not the 2nd on its own. Ritchie cleared waivers, why would someone pay assets. You want to move him it’s an asset attached u less the guy starts scoring .5 ppg. The DET deal is interesting and let’s remove the vax part. Seider is a perfect D man. Highly offensive, physical, defensively only going to improve. <- unicorn. But so is Mitch but his term doesn’t work for DET(the big miss for Dubas). Bert is obviously better than Kerfoot and again more physical which is exactly what TOR needs and the picks probably make up for it but the term on kerfoot isn’t right again. DET says no specifically based on terms of contracts and where their window of contending is. Plus the gap at PPQB (8-11M) type of guy missing after moving him while he’s on his ELC. Yzerman also knows what it takes to win and isn’t going to hand it over to make his team less gritty. He knows how important the Drapers of the world are to a playoff team.
