No. Here’s why.
1. He has a full no move. He took less to go to Toronto. Doubt he’s waiving after a year.
2. Signing a guy to that deal, making him captain, and moving him...not a good look. That kind of stuff isn’t the end of the world when trying to attract free agents, but it matters.
3. He’s freaking good.
4. It’s hard to get fair value for a guy like that.
5. Did i mention he’s really freaking good?

i don't think there is any 1 team that would have everything TOR would want back so even if they wanted to trade him (i highly doubt it) they couldnt
