Should've kept Rielly. He played half the season with a high ankle strain and eventually had to throw the towel it was limiting his play so much. He will be back to 60+ pts next season.

If you want the safe bet, go Svech.

If you want the potential 45 goal home run shot, go Laine.

Realistically though, I don't think the risk is worth the reward considering how good svech is

Svechnikov is way better honestly, but people will rate Laine higher.

None of the keepers are officially set yet. I'll definitely do more research on Rielly.

Double up on Carolina go for Svechnikov. Try not to draft Dougie though. Having too many eggs in a1 basket can screw you. Only time it didnt for me was the year caps won it all, I had Ovi, Oshie, and Backstrom on my team and got 3rd place

Yeah not to be leafs biased here but I think he's right on this one. He played the season hurt, which is predominantly why he didn't produce the same (still was at like a 50 point pace), but he'll be back next year. Especially if the leafs go out and get him a true stay at home defensemen to play with and to free him up a bit, as they should.

Pretty sure Dougie is gonna be someone else's keeper. It's a 12 team league. Really wanna join a full NHL dynasty league with a cap.

Who would you keep between werenski and hughes then? I originally had Hughes as a 5 year keeper and werenski as 1 year. We get 2 keepers for 5 years, 2 for 3 years and the rest are 1 year

That's tough. Werenski's shooting was abnormally high this year but he was very VERY good.

Hughes is super young and only getting better, but he's the least proven of the 3? I still think I'd lock Hughes in for sure for the 5 years.

For Werenski vs Rielly I'd personally do Rielly as he was SO good last year and he looks to be healthy this year, but Werenski was great for portions of this year without Jones.

But Hughes>Rielly/Werenski for sure.

I would keep both Werenski and Hughes, long term they will.be the better choice for your keeper league 2bh

So the players you don't keep go into a draft right? If so I'd take a bet and drop Reilly and try and draft him again
