Very similar offenses, but with the choices they differ on, I think chedda takes it

Wabit - fiala, scheifele, hall, debrincat, wilson, kovy, mantha
Chedda - barzal, huberdeau, barkov, petterson, bertuzzi, danault, labanc

Their defense and goaltending are both solid, so I think the offensive choices make the difference.

Chedda

For me the big difference makers for Chedda is the MacK Barzal, SC line and Josi Makar.

I think cheddar wins. The offence is a bit more lethal especially on the wing & defence is slightly better. Like Toews > chara & Theodore > Morrissey.

Wabit is heavier up front which could cause some issues, but overall, Wabit edged in all 3 areas, by a small margin.

@MaxDomi13 how about some kind of fantasy draft next, with anyone who wants to join, and we can do these team matchups but there would be no repeat players. It would be fun to pick teams and it would be easier to decipher winners because there wouldn't be 80% same players on opposing teams

Ooooo sure - maybe we'll hold a vote to continue the challenge or not - but how would we do the draft?

great question. would probably have to do through comments and could take a while to Get a full team, unless people could make a few selections per day and not miss their turn to draft.

I count 20 guys on this thread, so if we determined a snake draft order and went through the whole order 2-4 times a day (40-80 picks) 2-4 picks per person per day, we could have 20, 22 man rosters in about a week probably. But thats if everyone was able to commit to a fair amount of time on this site every day, not to mention we may be in different time zones. But if enough people wanted to do it we could go from there and decide how exactly.
