Greenway probably wouldn't cost anything crazy. Personally if we trade him I'd like to see us make a 1 for 1 deal for a similarly aged/talented center or use him in a package with Brodin or Dumba to get a good young top 6 C

Agreed but Leddy has a big contract and we have so many D so while not a "dump" but he could be moved for money purposes. Depends slightly on how Dobson does this post season imo.

When Stone was available, Philly was interested (as was numerous NHL teams). Apparently, the ask from Dorion was Myers, roster player, and a 2nd. Which is what Vegas ended up giving up in the end to acquire Stone. The issue was Stone's extension. It would be hard to fit 9.5 million onto a roster already very cap strapped and Philly wasn't willing to move a young, cost controlled RHD for 1/3 of year + playoffs of Stone.

Not Varlamov but yes essentially this. We'd definitely move Bellows if you took Ladd, the others we'd have to get something valuable (Think 2nd and 3rd like the Bolland/Crouse deal from a few years ago). Boychuk I doubt will waive his NTC to go to OTT.

In all honesty Labanc is worth more to SJ then what any team will want to pay but value wise I think 18-22nd would be fair maybe throw in Balcers to give us something to play with.

no i think he worth something but the fact is teams can just trade for guys like Georgiev, Jarry etc or sign Lehner, Khudobin, Talbot, Greiss, so i dont know whod be interested.

I don’t think isles would be interested in trading him this offseason, next offseason it shouldn’t be a problem if he performs like he did this past season.

I am a fan of Labanc and would love to see him in Ottawa. The Isles pick is an overpay in my opinion, but given the number of picks we have, it might be worth a shot. Otherwise a 2nd and 3rd?

We'd be willing to give Ottawa the COL 2nd in return for the Islanders 1st for sure. Ideally we'd be getting back a right handed prospect of some sort too.

The price would probably be too high for PHI to give up Myers, just because they have a MASSIVE hard-on with him
