you can't win em all. Also missing so many guys due to injury. Barabanov looked really good with more minutes imo. Still need to look into getting another top 6 F, or at least middle 6 F. Ideally a guy who can play C as well.

I agree. But there’s only so much you can do when your best defensive D-man is out, 25% of your forwards are gone, 2 of which play in the top six, and the third string goalie is playing

In all seriousness though, the Flames just beat a team missing half their bottom six, starting goalie, backup goalie and #2 dman. It’s not that bad (from a Leafs perspective) and to even acknowledge that we won is probably getting a bit ahead of myself

Nah, we weren't that bad. We were playing our first game in 10 days or so, think they were a bit rusty, while FLA was hugely loaded after the DET loss.
