No, you wouldn't, so why would Buffalo move a guy who is already a bonified 1C for it? Batherson has been really solid, and has looked good this year, but there's nothing that screams "High end" here. A late 1st and high 2nd in what's probably going to be one of the most boom/bust drafts in recent history isn't it.

the reason i wouldnt do it as a Sens fan is because Batherson is a million times better than his value right now. Hes solid top 6 now but will be a top line player by next year. The fact that you dont think this is value proves my point

He didn't demand anything. He signed with another team as a UFA. He was traded to CLB by CHI and mayeb he didn't like being in CLB.

Sanderson, they are planning for 2 more years, Bernard-Docker not 100% sure if he's gonna pan out but I have high hope for him but both are still at least 3-4 years away from being experienced DMen
