If the Flyers got Reinhart out of Ghost, Nolan, and mid 1st in a meh draft they sort of crushed it.

just because you saw them, doesn't mean you should repost them...

1 OA is not worth 3 1sts in the same draft.
Mikko cap dump is not worth a 1st rounder.
Reinhart trade, eh, bit of a stretch...
Risto would be lucky to net a conditional 4th - he is far more valuable to Buffalo than anyone else.

Cbj not doing that. We have been shutting it down for the last 20 minutes. We need to restock picks not trade them all away for a spot where a lot of debate persists with decent players at the spot we are at.

You’re adding the number 1 pick to the pens deal or at least something valuable, right? Otherwise the pens decline. They aren’t trading a top 6 RW on a team friendly deal, a young top 4 D on a solid contract for Risto who would be our 3rd pair RD

number 1 has a value of around 17.7 GSVA.

number 5 has a value of 8.2 GSVA. 22/24 have combined values of 7.2.

So 1 is 17.7 and 5/22/24 is 15.4. The value looks close to me.

You are correct about the first over all:
Go to https://www.broadstreethockey.com/2013/4/25/4262594/nhl-draft-pick-value-trading-up
The first over all has a value of 100 while the 5th, 25th and 29th have values of 49.2, 19.5 and 17.0 for a total of 85.7.
It is worth more than 3 first round picks in the same draft.

You could be correct about Koskinen, Mikko, but the original post had an additional prospect included with Mikko.
Maybe a second instead, I could live with that, but I think it would cost the Oilers something of value to move him.

The Reinhart trade is not a stretch, look at the value people are putting on Nolan and Gostisbehere.
Maybe the Flyers do not need Reinhart, but the value is fair.
Read the comment made by @tryger, I think it is a fair trade for both teams.

You need to spend more time watching Ristolainen play and less time looking at his +/-.
If Pettersson is considered a partial cap dump then Rust is a fair addition to the trade.
Also, if the Penguins need to add a physical player, there are few players in the league more physical than Ristolainen.

What is the URL for your evaluation.
The evaluation is similar to the site I am using but with different values.
BTW thank you for your comment.

I like the columbus trade.
I think i would do the edmonton one, i mean i know oilers fans hate him, but hes better than what we trotted out besides ullmark this year, plus i think if you can get a mid-first for a 5 million dollar cap dump, take it.
Not a fan of the philly one, but i could live with it as long as the first is coming too.
I dont see the pens having any interest in that trade.

this chart means absolutely nothing. putting percentage points on draft pick numbers without actual players being evaluated is absurd.
there is no chance in hell Powers/Benniers or anyone else for that matter is worth 3 firsts...
GM's get fired for this type of nonsense...

It's the 5th, 22nd, and 24th pick.

Toronto just traded one of those picks for a few weeks of Nick Foligno.

You don't think a team would give up 2 late 1sts and the 5th OVA for potentially a franchise d man or franchise center
