Good signing imo. He did a great job taking over as head coach for the Canadiens when Ducharme got Covid. Now hopefully they let him take over again since he was way better than Ducharme anyways. He seriously could've been given full time head coach responsibilities.

So Chris Johnston said on Vancouver radio that there are whispers that the Hurricanes might not qualify Alex Nedeljkovic because they’re afraid of his arbitration award. Which would be insane.

What is it with Carolina and not wanting to spend big money. I get saving cap space but losing big talent especially ones that are key to your cup desires should not be overlooked. They get the talent but often when it comes to paying them lowball them. I get their owner sometimes is a bit cheap but we all saw what happened with Vancouver

With the way he played Nedeljkovic easily has earned at least a Demko contract

You were right about the Pesce deal. 4.1 x 6.

It's a great contract but I don't think people realize that DFDs don't have the strongest hands when negotiating. They don't put up points and often don't get considered for award nominations.
