I'll go straight to the point: CapFriendly doesn't really interest me anymore. I've had fun here. It's been great, but I think I've seen it all and tbh I don't feet as if it can bring me anything new. I'll probably still come back once in a while but my days on CF are... numbered, so to speak. I legit had an easy Indian friend who had no clue what hockey was and that’s how I explained it to him hahaha my guy was so concerned and confused

Where did they draft him? 2nd overall?? For a 3rd line defensive forward????

Yep, over the likes of Kirby Dach, Nils Hoglander, Moritz Seider, Bowen Byram, Trevor Zegras and Cole Caufield (and Spencer Knight).

That being said, he's only 20 years old. IMO, it's too quick to write him off as a bust.

I can't help but look at the season Puljujarvi took to himself to go back to Finland and wonder if Kakko would benefit from something similar.

Way way way too early to call him a bust, agreed. But I do worry if he will reach his potential in New York.

I was thinking that but there was also changes to Edmonton's GM, coach and management staff which was another factor in JP deciding to come back and give Edmonton a second chance.

Could work with Kakko but I honestly feel he needs a change of scenery rather than a year in another league. As we saw with an earlier report Panarin seems to dislike him and that seems to be hurting his confidence. Colorado could be a team of interest for Kakko as Burakovsky-Kadri-Kakko could be interesting

Wow, that was a heck of a shootout between the Devils and Rangers. Shame one team had to lose, but that was supremely entertaining.

But what happened to Blackwood? One second ago he was in this game, and then Bernier was in just like that-please don't tell me he's hurt again, he's on my fantasy team...

So apparently despite rebounding Tarasenko apparently still wants off the Blues due to their mismanagement of his shoulder injury.

Well the good news for them is he has more value than he did before the season started lul

The question is whose gonna trade for him

Great. Just freaking great. Hope he's fine (obviously, his health is more important than my fantasy team). Doesn't look like there's intent by Kaako there, he's in mid-deke, but nonetheless his elbow clearly crashes into Blackwood's head. Could've made a call there.

It stood, without so much as a review (which is surprising, Kaako clearly bowled him over before scoring, but then again, refs are remarkably inconsistent with goaltender interference calls (really all calls), so maybe not so surprising after all).
