No, Minnesota will keep greenway whose cheaper and better player than taking on a lesser player and contract they don't need, want. Wild have zero need for Andrew and his contract

So...Dallas' top prospect for a guy that already passed through waivers unclaimed because he may not be able to stay on the ice due to off-ice issues? Quick decline from the Stars. Until there's a resolution to the Kane saga, he's not going to have a ton of value at all.

Probably not. Mostly because NHL GMs aren’t gaslit into believing that Hertl is anything more than the kind of standard top of the market rental…which normally goes for a return that looks something like that.

a late 1st and 4th liner is an amazingly low price for a legit 2 way 1st liner. That's less than Foligno got last year, hertle would easily get way more.

Yeah np, that's not even close for Hertl. Frederic is straight up bad and barely makes a normal teams bottom six. A 1st + a valueless player doesn't get you hertl.

Frederic is a young developing player. He’s had his good and bad moments.my guess, and it’s just a guess is that you took a look at the points, and well, there aren’t really any. He’s super physical, and brings something to the table that is kind of tough to find with a competent skater these days.

A 1st and a kicker, usually either another pick or a young developing roster player is kind of the going rate for a rental like hertl, as illustrated as all the rentals for guys like hertl.

Is he a legit first liner though? Sometimes he looks like it, sometimes he doesn’t. Better guys have gotten worse. Worse guys have gotten better. It’s in the ballpark.

yeah, and go and look what 1st liners got. Hell, Palieri got a 1st plus and he's not as good, Hall got a 1st, 2nd and a bunch of other stuff, Coleman, 1st and a prospect not as good etc etc etc. It is a very very very low price for Hertle

Sharks decline that Hertl trade in .001 seconds. Don’t need Greenway and he could go somewhere else for more, Reimer isn’t going anywhere (not for that anyway)

Hall got a 2nd round pick, so you are wrong! Rentals @ deadline are often a 1st and prospect so you are wrong

Besides the fact he's been playing really well even when he wasn't scoring.

Weird how you’re on here saying that after ignoring the other post laying out the specifics of the stone vs hertl conversation. Very interesting. So is it a conscious decision to put your head in the sand?
