Im going to be real, Leafs aren't interested in Hamonic. He's not bad, he's also not THAT level of haul good. He's also often injured and the team can't rely on him. If they go after a Canuck it'll be Schenn. Cheaper, plays the style they need, and won't cost a roster player, a very good prospect, and a 2nd.

Easiest no from the Leafs that I've given in a while. (And I'm pretty open minded about this stuff).

That is a horrible trade from a Leafs perspective.

Even if you view the 2nd rounder as the "cost of doing business" for Vancouver to take on Ritchie's contract, Dermott + Knies for the ghost of Travis Hamonic is terrible.

    Hard no.

do you really think that getting rid of ritchie for a bottom pairing defender is worth a Dermott, a 2nd and a very good prospect? because that's just silly

To the Sabres he's invaluable because he's our only good RHD. Trade value wise probably a good prospect and a 2nd or so. I personally think he's pretty underrated and he has done wonders for Dahlin this year

Still not available. What is not clear about that? Value in the offseason would be the same as I just listed
