I just feel bad because all these hawks comments look like what us sabres fans were saying when eichel was talked about getting traded... I agree his value is higher in this but teams dont often pay up. Unless you are chicago and give up all your future with seth jones and then give him the keys to the castle for the next 8 years

I’ll credit you for aiming high, DeBrincat is a player that fits our timeline, the age group of our core, and he would really bring a lot to the team. But it’s pretty unrealistic to think Chicago would give him up for less than Owen Power for example. Strome or Kubalik are more likely Targets to go after and they will cost half as much in return.
