Next time you try trading for Zub and expect a division rival to retain half his salary, offer more than just a single 2nd.

It will save you a lot of grief.

Alot of leafs fans are casuals (comes with the territory of being the biggest market) and dont realize how good zub

If ben chariot is worth that then zub should get 10x more because chariot is 10x worse than zub on his best day.
But chariot is worth a 7th and a bad contract

The leafs could be swept in the 1st round and his job is safe. Less than 1% chance he gets fired.

By your post, it looks like Brian Burke is gonna be the GM of the Leafs. Lots of moves that makes the Leafs worse.

What is that Arizona Trade??? 4 important roster players for a guy who was a 4th liner before this year, and while yes he has broken out, he’s also playing 1st line minutes. Kerfoot has outproduced him, Kase and Engvall are very solid bottom 6 pieces, and Holl is a good #4/5 d man
