Toronto can trade that 3rd. It’s part of the Ritchie deal as Airzona can choose either that or 2025 2nd.

Also we don’t need Demelo with Liljegren emergence and Lybushkin being a fan favourite

Dobson is worth more than that package, let alone the 1st

Heinola is a falling prospect, Boeser is worth more than that

People really underestimate how much a 22 year old #1 RHD costs...They're almost never available in a trade and they are extremely hard to find/develop.

Dobson alone would cost Ehlers +

A team would have to REALLY overpay to get Dobson. He's not available.

Yup, it would cost so much it wouldn't even make sense for a team to trade for him. #1 RHD are a rare breed, and there's only 5 of them under the age of 25 in the NHL right now.
