Seems like someone accidentally clicked Andersson instead of Caufield going to the Devils in that pick #2 trade.
No biggie tho, everyone makes mistakes.

Add 1OA to the Devils trade, so it would be worth taking on Anderson’s horrendous contract and on ice performance

Again. Stop. CGY pick doesn’t hold that much value here, Floridas pick is gonna be in the 20’s next year, and Josh Anderson is one of the most overpaid players in the game. U guys don’t have the pieces to get #2. I don’t think I’d do it for Caufield

NJ counters with Zacha, Mukhamadullin and 2023 1st for the first overall pick.

Caufield, Suzuki and the 2023 Florida first might do it.

Jersey spends 5.5m a lot better than Anderson and keep their 2nd overall pick. So Price retires, and leaves 31m salary to paid in the next four years. If Price retires, better figure out some recapture penalties.
Don't like a players contract for your fantasy team is no reason for a player to retire or be eligible for LTIR

Anderson is worth ~3rd round pick
Add two late 1sts and you maybe get #7 or #8 pick.
Add Caufield gets you to #2.

Josh Anderson is not worth half of what MTL fans think he is.

Can't see Price leaving that much money on the table when all you have to do is fail physical tests to be able to play in the NHL

His agent will be able to advise him correctly
