Curious to where you would rank Seider. Obviously an amazing al around defenseman but he has only played one season so far so it’s hard to rank a player based on such a small sample size

He was amazing… for a rookie. I’ve only really ranked the top 15, but Seider would probably be somewhere in the 25-30 range right now. I obviously think he’ll be top 10, likely in the fringe Norris conversation, within 3 years, but it’s a testament to how good he was that he’s even in the top 30 at all imo. He’s nowhere near top 10 right now though.

Werenksi, Slavin, Hughes should all be higher. People Need to pump the brakes on Seider a Bit he's good but it was his rookie year let him do a bit more first.

Everyone is talking about Seider being ranked too high (rightfully so) but Brent Burns shouldn’t even be near the list. And as an isles fan I’d be doing a disservice if I didn’t mention the absence of Adam Pelech

The Athletic U23 NHLers list has Pwer 20 and Hghes 11 in a whole tier above Power. I don't think they are that far apart and personally Id have power above him still.

This is a lot of recency bias btw. Just like how they dropped Sanderson to like 26 because of his recent injuries

Brent Burns Is still pretty solid but there are other options
