There isn't one player with star player quality in that deal, they would have to add substantially.

Leafs dont do either of these deals, that's not enough for Matthews and they aren't giving up multiple 1sts for a 34 year old ufa

Kane is the exact opposite type of winger the leafs need. It makes you wonder if people even watch the games?
