They're both 23, i've never heard of Zech but i have heard about Barratt so Philly wins imo

Hard to understand what Davidson was thinking. Barrett might still be an Nhler while Zech is small, and his game is suited to a big defenseman which will never translate into NHL time. Puzzling move by the Hawks
