      MTL
      1. 2023 1st round pick (NYI)
      Additional Details:
probably a pick in the 16-20 range. apparently NYI offered 13OA at the 2022 draft for anderson but hughes said no... this draft is obviously stronger so maybe NYI wants anderson still and goes for him again
but then again it doesnt have to be NYI in particular
      NYI
      1. Anderson, Josh
      Additional Details:
fully expect him to be moved at the draft this year with so many young players coming up. this contract was always going to be seen as too much for too long... i was vouching for 3.5x4 when he was acquired
      4.
      MTL
      1. 2023 1st round pick (PIT)
      Additional Details:
obviously doesnt have to be the penguins, but i feel like they'd be a decent fit. carter is obviously aging so they dont have a clear 3C and dvorak is a skilled, defensive 3C for them
if its not PIT, however, i feel like this is a pick in the 21-25 range
      PIT
      1. Dvorak, Christian
      Additional Details:
with the rise of habs centres (Bedard-Suzuki-Beck-Evans with Dach on the wing too), i think dvorak will get traded
      5.
      MTL
      1. 2023 2nd round pick (TBL)
      Additional Details:
      any team
      CHI
      1. Savard, David
      Additional Details:
probably gone too if barron is ready

      MTL
      1. 2023 4th round pick (COL)
      2. 2024 1st round pick (SEA)
      Additional Details:

probably gone as well if norlinder makes it to the NHL as well as barron

The Isles do not want Anderson, and there is no report of them offering anything for him.

NYI were never interested in Anderson, Hughes would have taken the 13 overall pick and ran if isles offered it to him at the draft.

no contender is giving a 1st for Monahan. All this hot stuff start if he keeps it up, hes had what 1 point in 5 games? His lack of production is just as long as his "good start" So how is that worth a 1st now

Monahan 1pt in past 5 games, trade value plummeting as we speak

I’ll never forget the “if he keeps up this point per game pace until the TDL….” comments lol

especially in tandem with how "newhook isnt working". Yet one has 3 points in 3 games and one has 1 point in 5 games in that same time frame
Interesting. Its almost that when 31 other fan bases mention small sample sizes dont determine value they might have been onto something with Monahan

Dvorak isn't worth a 1st lol. He's not even an upgrade from Blueger, especially when you consider his bloated contract.

I wouldn’t take Anderson for free with that horrible contract he has. A third liner making 5.5 for 5 years hell no.

If anyone was willing to give a first for Anderson, it would have happened. The Islanders were never in on Anderson, and they were never giving up a 1st for him. I thought this Habs fan fever dream was over, but alas.
