I understand i trade never enough for some of you but you really going to argue about getting an extra 4th round pick?!? Boeser is gone and makes too much money. Money you cant afford. the precedent with Bjorkstrand was already set

They accept both rather easily otherwise Drance and Shah might actually have to bring out a calculator to shock management when they are over the cap already for the next season.

      A) The more likely move is they move Garland

      B) Unless Pearson plays (Which is not looking likely) they aren't even over the cap

Cant wait. Over the cap already. Pearson has to be factored in. Drance already said they have to assume he plays. There is no confirmation that he's not playing. You cant prepare for the best but i guess this is the Nucks so leave out all bad possibilities... eh.. sounds professional. Trying to convince players to leave. Other players make speeches after games saying how much better it is in Long Island?!? What a management team. Brilliance at its peak.

A meh offer that is extremely easy for Winnipeg to turn down as that would be bested by most teams looking at the TDL. No first, no Dubois.

If Pearson needs to be factored in, the managment team will adjust for it. If he does play, they either move Garland or Myers (who according to your AGM would not be that difficult to move!) Horvat made one comment and walked it back meanwhile the team is drawing Mikheyev when others offered him more $, drawing Kuzmenko, and highly pursued NCAA FAs. But I'm sure you know more then they do!

You still need to move money instead of operating with zero dollars when they have plans to be active in free agency (Gavrikov) Cap flexibility is the whole idea when buying low. Its a thing, teams want money to spend on players. What a novel idea.

And according to my ACGM i have retained twice on Myers which is actually not a possibility for the Canucks in the current CBA unless they get a third team, hardly easy lol. You have no solutions but dreams and trust in a management team that deserves no trust.

They move Myers and use his money on Gavrikov and if they move a winger it's gonna be Garland

Have you looked at the buyout? There are no bonuses., They buyout out at 33k this season and a million the next. Chicago seems like the one spot that would take the risk and build his value. Mtl doesnt need to trade Armia at all. I rather they NOT do this unless its for something insignificant like 3 spots.

To be fair, Drance does not have access to his medical files when managment does, Canucks are over the cap yes but once the myers bonus is paid he will only be owed 1m, Garland is the guy who will probably be moved as he and hoglander are the same style player and hoglander is coming off an ELC and has been leading the Abby Nucks for the last few weeks after a cold start to the AHL, im sure that EDM mgmt does a great job at attracting free agent talent, especially taking them to Joey's

Also youre wrong on the Boeser evaluation, the Bjorkstrand comp doesnt hold up, he had to be dealt at that very instant because they were over the allowable limit, same as the nate schmidt deal with VGK a few years ago, the canucks could pretty much keep the same roster and ice a legal team next year, and they have guys of value and some pieces of excess that they will probably liquidate (bottom pair defenders, middle 6 wingers) but your valuation of Boeser is straight up wrong

Canucks aren’t that desperate to dump Boeser. They have many other options to move salary (Myers, Garland, Beauvillier)

You can have him for Kovacevic + a 2nd, that’s a fair price for someone who instantly becomes your second best winger

      Genuine question here:

Which teams do you think would be interested in PLD as a rental for 1 year? (under the assumption he will 100% hit FA at the end of the year)

And of those teams, which ones would have a package or an asset that would entice WPG?
