Absolutely not for the Montreal trade
Don’t think Buffalo would consider moving Kulich for much

I don’t really see how that Montreal trade helps Buff.

Philly trade is roughly in the ballpark mostly because Kulich is so good.

I think the Petry deal is fair value for a top pairing RHD with a cap hit south of 2.5 mil for 2 seasons. The issue I have with it is the prospect isn't in an area of need for us, we are stacked with LHD prospects. We would be looking for a G or RW prospect with about the same value to make this work

1st one is intriguing, but not for that. And that Montreal trade never happens and I think Petry would be a decent fit. How about Petry with that Retention for Lybushkin.

Not saying this is awful value, but its funny to see how many non habs fans are trading for Petry and not giving a lot back. People don’t seem to understand that this will happen in the actual trade market and prices will rise decently high.
This trade is prob the 2nd or 3rd bid, but I expect it to go a bit higher

Briere would barely accept that for TK alone and you get Hart on top of it lol u would be lucky for him to accept that trade based on his asking prices

Calling Petry a “top pairing” defenseman is a JOKE
I wouldn’t give you a 3rd for him, and i guarantee the Sabres have ZERO INTEREST

The Montreal trade is insulting to multiple parties.

The Sabres and their fans, and Ryan johnson, who had the ability to go UFA and didn't to stay with Buffalo. To then trade him insults him and his family.

Buffalo is not doing that philly trade, but it's less insulting

Congrats you met his ask to move TK now try adding for Hart. You act like I make the players market for the nhl lol. Briere doesn’t want to move TK and some of you can’t comprehend that it’s hilarious

Perhaps you don't understand what a top pairing D man in the NHL is! There are 64 top pairing D men in the NHL (32 teams x 2 top D men). Petry ranks 60th among all D men in points, he ranks 28th among all RHD league wide in points, he logs 23+ minutes a night average, he is above average bordering on great with XGF, Corsi and high danger scoring chances, he still skates better than most players, he has top end passing skills and a bomb of a shot. You aren't going to find that combination of skill in a whole lot of D men with a cap hit of less than 2.5 mil unless they are on an ELC or bridge deal. Yes he is 34 but he still is among the NHL's best in both regular and advanced stats. It's trolls like you who don't understand what the definition top pairing D man is who keep posting ridiculous comments about him being garbage and not worth a 3rd that need to be educated on these sorts of things.

The idea that you think he isn't when he literally finished the season 60th in points among all D men and 28th for points for all RHD, playing 23+ minutes a night and having great advanced stats is ridiculously hilarious!!!

Perhaps you should learn something about hockey!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Petry is NOT a “top pair” defenseman, period
He’s average at best defensively & he’s not dynamic at all offensively

But u guys go ahead & play him on your top pair & see how you do?
You know where he won’t be playing?
Buffalo
Period. The end
