No way Minnesota even considers this deal. The return would probably piss Leaf's fan off.

Don’t care McCabe is on a sweet heart contract and he’s very good we aren’t trading him

A sweetheart contract is not more valuable that a 21 year old 1st pair RD on an ELC with the same term. Come on man, stop with the ignorance here.

Brisebois laughs at Treliving and I emphasize at as he hangs up. Only Brad Treliving is dumb enough to sign Reaves to a 3x1.35 and you want retention? Bhahahahahahaha Bhahahahahahaha Bhahahahahahaha that's hilarious.

TB counters with the slightly less ridiculous proposal Myers for McCabe

Reaves isn't worth league minimum nevermind almost double for ages 36 &37. That's a first alone minimum to take Reaves.then you want Jeannot and 2.2 million worth of retention. This is utterly delusional!!!!!!!! Please I beg provide a reasonably intelligent explanation for TB doing this.

Leafs decline Tampa deal easy, Jarnkrok will doo what Sheary does but better and not reason to get rid of Reaves, to acquire a worse version...

Every other team declines though

Minnesota salvaged losing Fiala by bringing back Faber. No shot with they sell low on him.

Jarnkrok is the Swiss Army knife of the team...

He goes from L1 to L2 to L3 to L1 to L4 to L2... Any line that's struggling, that's where Jarnkrok goes and fixes their issue, something that I have no confidence that Sheary could do...

Reaves is the fighter... Jeannot is a fighter... Neither will supply a ton of offence or defence... So why would the Leafs downgrade on physicality and give away the best player and picks

I haven’t seen enough of Faber to say it’s fair or not but McCabe is a stud at 2M. Would love to get Jeannot but don’t think TB would trade him unless you over pay. He has great value in playoffs

You clearly haven't watched Jeannot this year.last year after the trade he had a high ankle sprain. Jeannot is looking a lot more like the Jeannot of 2 years ago than last year . He's 9 years younger than Reaves and is 10xConfused the player. Jarnkrok and Sheary are a wash. Age 36&37&38 years at almost double league minimum costs a 1 to dump

I do remember watching Jeannot get healthy scratched for Tampa... In a must win game... I also know he's on line 3 for Tampa and isn't on line 4 bc Tampa has the depth of a kitty pool

Jarnkrok>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Sheary...

And Reaves scares ppl more than Jeannot does

No he wasn't he was suffering from a high ankle sprain, and you're delusional with that jarnkrok over Sheary bulls*** at least if it's more than negligible difference.
So ,again you haven't watched him this year. Try watching a player before making utterly uneducated opinions and looking like a complete moron.

Faber is not getting moved. 1st pair defender on an elc also a local boy and primary return for fiala. Kid will likey be their next captain after spurgeon at the rate he’s going. The difference in their value is much more than a 5th and 6th.

Sheary career 38.4/82 last 2 plus this 41/82 Jarmkrok career 35.7 last 2+45.2/82 same player basically Sheary started a little slow with a new team that doesn't happen all the time.
Jeannot is 10xs the player Reaves is and Reaves would never see the ice in TB as he doesn't in Toronto hard to intimidate someone glued to the bench.
Again watch Jeannot play before making a fool of yourself.
