Asking price for Brady should be what Calgary got for Matthew

Ottawa should not accept anything less than that.


If nobody wants to pay the asking price, then Brady doesn't get traded.

        Matthew was fresh off a 100 point season and was a RFA so Florida knew they could sign him for 8 years. Brady has never had more than 83 points in a season and is signed for half the 8 years of Matthew. Not to mention that Brady is only on pace for 66 points this season.

        Brady doesn’t get close to what Matthew got. Sorry Sens fans.

        That BOS offer is a gross overpayment. Pastrnak isn't as electric in 23-24 as he was in 22-23, but he showed he can score 60 goals, Carlo is a number 3 and a first is, well, a first. And Tkachuk isn't drastically younger than Pastrnak.

        BOS would 100% decline this.

        How overrated is Brady Tkachuk holy.

        Approximately PPG winger, bad defensively. He's 24 so he's very likely done developing.

        But if he was traded, an Eichel like package is likely closer to the return for him than what you’ve got here
