Nash has a plethora of depth players and Armia is not worth a 3rd

Canucks aren’t paying a 2nd for a would be healthy scratch. I like Kovacevic as a cheap depth option but definitely not for a 2nd. A 4th is probably the most I’d pay

If that pick coming to the Devils is in the top 5 then maybe. Also, you can keep Anderson and his anchor of a contract, he does nothing for the Devils other than setting a bunch of cap space on fire.

True, but Hamilton is worth every penny of it (and more!).

IDK, a line Palat-Haula-Anderson would be pretty good

Hamilton has 3 more points than Josh Anderson this season and hasn't played the last 25 games....

Devils should not be selling dmen, especially good ones. We should be adding them.

I don't see CHI being interested in Primeau. But some team might give him a shot for a 4th, though.

I do not think that Hamilton fits into Montreal's rebuilding plan. He is 30 years old and takes up a lot of cap space that they will need for the young guys who become RFAs in the next several years.

That's likely one of the reasons there's other pieces attached to Anderson and not the other way around...

Omg lots of wild trades here. 😳
You're trading away too much of the future.
Anderson has negative value.
Zegras isn't worth much more than Mtls 1st (approx 8th overall).
Trading away future 1sts is dangerous for a team that will likely not contend

And if you left Anderson out of the deal, I've very much consider it if you could brainwash Hamilton into waiving his NMC.

Hamilton is an elite dman making elite dman money.

Josh Anderson is legitimately one of the least productive players in the NHL. Horrific defensively, horrific on the power play, not good offensively.

Hamilton would be sold for a 1st+ if we were to move him

Anderson would cost multiple 1sts for the devils to take on (costs more to dump to a contender than a selling team).

Barron I'd pay a 2nd for (not a long term guy with Casey coming up).

Probably missing a switch of the 3rd to another 1st at the least, unless the Montreal 1st finishes top 5
