Description

Potential trades for Buch. All of them with retention to maximize value. These are packages I would be okay with. Again, no reason for us to trade buch, dudes an absolute stud. Asking price is 2 firsts, with retention it’s a bit more. I went with the equivalent of a good first and a late first. 2 late first ain’t gonna cut it.

Two years of Buch at that price would be amazing….. if the Wings were a contender. Unfortunately they are not at this current juncture, and therefore a 2024 1st and the potential 2RHD behind Seider for the next X number of years have more value to Detroit.

You should get a massive haul from whichever team sees him as the final piece. Happy hunting!

What are with Blues fans and expecting to get more than what their GM HOPES to get?

Big huge no on the DET and NYR trades (both of those teams can easily do better), BUT at least someone around here gets it. Thank you for your service and your sanity.

As an Oilers fan. I easily trade two 1sts and Broberg for Buch at retention but they’d need to take a dump like Ceci otherwise the Oil don’t have the cap.
Buch is an elite 200 ft player that should be a missing piece in the top6 next to Draisaitl.
