Where do I start with this nonsense? How about finding a different team then? Montreal fans are delusional when it comes to finding trade partners. Chicago fans have said TIME AND TIME AGAIN Chicago isn't interested in him and if they were, they could find someone via free agency. That's not just me who thinks this but other fans who closely follow this team and can make educated assessments regarding moves this front office may or may not make. Wasting draft picks on Christian freaking Dvorak isn't a move Kyle Davidson makes. You can act as salty as you want for someone pointing out the obvious to you or you can accept that you're wrong and move along. Your choice.
You Hawks fans think everyone is a cap dump yet management clearly disagrees by trading for actual NHL’rs.. yes… NHL’rs… actually have value when they are proven. I know it’s crazy to think everyone is NOT a cap dump.
I’ll give you an example when comparing to Dvorak. Logan Couture is 8 years older than Dvorak and makes twice the money while is signed 2 more years yet I’d never call him a cap dump like you Hawks fans because you have to meet the floor anyways and why I know the Sharks would never let Couture go for nothing. Think of the other side when accessing a deal not just Chicago.
Chicago doesn’t have this endless leverage over every team. They are 30 other teams. The Habs have over 20 million in cap space with everyone signed next season, they have no reason to dump Dvorak much like the Sharks with Couture.
Logan Couture… I’ve stated over and over… that I’d pay multiple picks despite the risks with his contract and age. Thats the game. You Hawks fans think you will only pay for any player without any risk. That isn’t how sports works or life in general. Take off the baby padding and get offline. Start thinking about not why the Hawks would take the player but why would the Habs even give away Dvorak much less pay to dump him?!
Had you traded for Armia and NOT yelled all Summer like children…oNlY iF yOu aTtAcH mUlTiPlE 1sTs.. You’d have an asset that teams will pay for at the 2025 TDL or at the very least a competent penalty killer and a mentor for your young players.
But I digress. Continue on with the mad statements and homer nonsense with laughing emojis about how everyone is a cap dump, definitely seems level headed compared to thinking about both sides.

Here is the thing, Dvorak MAY have positive value, but it is not to the Hawks. They aren't spending assets on a player like him. Look at playoff competing teams and retain 50% and you can get that positive value you are seeking. But to a rebuilding team like the Hawks, Dvorak does not have positive value.
Again. Think of the other team. So what that the Hawks dont want him, there are 30 other teams. This site is supposed to promote the simulation of a trade it never has to be with ONLY the Hawks. Screaming Dvorak has negative value then turning around and saying but the Hawks reject and you'd have to pay them to take Dvorak, is narrow minded and simply wrong. This is just tribalism nonsense.
