If Hronek was that cheap he would just stay in Vancouver -

I think NJD should accept, and if you’re moving fehervary at that rate we’ll pay for him too

Ok, let’s say he asks for more than Hughes, would Van allow that? What about the value coming back?

Discussion would start with a 1st and likely need some sort of rd depth or prospects coming back

Value is fine, if anything a slight overpay but I'm high on McMichael. Maybe Vancouver won't offer more than what Hughes makes but they would be silly to not sign him for 8ish

A 23 year old center who is average size and hasn't really blossomed, a 32 year old bottom pair defenseman, and a 2nd round pick for a 26 year old, top 4, RHD who eats minutes? Hard pass.

If that is all it takes, the Canucks could easily replace Hronek and his contract value would be lower. His high value given his player profile is what is causing the Canucks problems given their cap situation and why everyone is trying to trade for him in this forum...

I doubt he’ll be moved but every other fanbase is convinced he will be, as well as some devils fans.

In my estimation he won’t become available until he hits RFA

first two I like and seem very reasonable for both sides

Holtz isn't the known quantity that I would need to move that 25 1st

fehervary for chychrun is more of a lateral move than you would think ...

Devils probably say yes, but I think Washington should hang onto that pick. 2025 draft is loaded…and if there will be life after Ovechkin, they will want to keep it.

Keep it simple….Malenstyn for pick/prospect

A lot of faith in WSH being a non-playoff team next year to want to move Holtz for future pieces like this...and that that pick is better than Holtz.

No to Vancouver. Hard no to Arizona. No to New Jersey. A heavy maybe to Ottawa. Don't like the thought of moving Marty
