As for an org you never want to rush into a hire unless its a guy like Sullivan, Cooper, Brind'Amour, Cassidy, etc.

Probs with all these orgs want to ensure all goes right and this is for sure the guy they want

The rumor that won't go away is Sullivan to NJD, but an agreement with teams would need to happen.
