Ducks decline rather easily. Luneau just missed the majority of the season with an infection but looked good in his cup of coffee. Ducks aren’t trading their top Rhd prospect for a 3rd liner.

Flyers decline. Why would rebuilding team trade 1sts to dump a player? Multiple national insiders said there was a market for Risto at $1.5M retention before he got hurt near the deadline. Why would the Flyers waste a 1st to dump him when we could retain $1.5M and get a small asset for him? We are rebuilding anyway so who cares about the retention slot

Taylor Raddysh is a nice prospect at a position of need for the Ducks (RW) who seems to have taken a step backwards this season. However, Anaheim's other position of need is RD, so we won't be trading away our best RD prospect.

Edmonton accepts, would be a great fit to our middle 6 for only 1 million a n d we dump the Campbell contract?

Deal every day of the week.

Raddysh is 26 years old now. Your response was honestly too kind, this offer would be like us suggesting Max Jones for Korchinski (a bit of an exaggeration, but makes the point)

CBJ reject. Rather hope Laine rebounds.

No way in hell Flyers are paying a first to dump Risto.

Nice! You wish the Hawks would make that Campbell trade to help out your Oilers. I wouldn’t get my hopes up if I were you though.

True unfortunately. I doubt edmonton pays the price to move him. Buyout is the better option with the cap going up again.

I like that the Hawks get Celebrini! The rest of this...
None of those 4 trades happen. Foegele isn't a $5m player. Zero need for Zboril.

That is nowhere near enough to acquire Luneau. I doubt PHI is willing to pay that much to move Risto. I doubt CBJ is willing to sell low on Laine, but it is probably the most reasonable of the trades you proposed. That is nowhere near enough to dump Campbell. CHI isn't signing Zboril or Foegele, especially not at those AAV's.

Laine's our house money; he's unlikely to be traded unless we get back the sort of package one would expect for a top-line scoring winger, because we're not in any particular rush to move on so we might as well demand that much.

Yep. Unless, CBJ's new regime proclaims that they want to do a VERY quick re-tool this summer and are desperate for that cap space, I don't see them selling low or paying to move his contract. It's not like he has an 8 year deal that is making them nervous, or something. It's two years. If he continues to disappoint, they can just retain and ship him out as a rental in 25-26 or let him walk that summer.

Personally, if I were CBJ I would be in a hurry to get them back on track and into the cup contender picture, they have too much invested in this roster to continue to let them flounder as they have, but I am not their GM and I won't presume to know what they are thinking.

Laine scores 50 on Bedards wing - if he has gotten over his video game addiction.
