Im sorry but if you are unable to contact a person for days after an opening comes up then they are likely not active enough to get the GM job.

First off, the BOG has been working to try to solidify non-NHL FAs, the GM activity requirements, etc. palhal is an active CapFriendly user. We need to reach out to him when he is most recently posted, something that we have not been able to do yet (timing issues, not lack of activity from palhal)

The spot just opened up on Friday. This is the weekend, people have lives and other things that are and should be prioritized before the game. palhal will be given an ad in the Arm-Chair section within the next 1/2 hour by myself to grab his attention.

I have no clue. You didn't submit a preference list yet (and I think you should wait until the last possible day) to submit a list

Why don't we just do a lottery for V2? Let all the original GMs that still have a team pick first then the rest is a lottery. It will save time and effort and be fair.

Question about round 2 of FA. The current waiver order is the same as it finished at the end of FA #1 right?

Just out of curiosity why didn't we just use the polling feature on CF to do the new V2 team picking system? It's not a big deal, but that'd be more efficient imo.

I guess if you're worried about poll manipulation, the current way is fine. But is poll manipulation a problem?
