I don't think it was due to injuries. They terminated Perry contract at that exact time, I think it was more to pay a salary for cap floor reasons. Teams have to pay so much, Perry $4mil gets axed and Beau at $4.5mil comes in. Very ironic. And yes they did have lot of injuries at that time also.

I agree, not sure Suzuki can be main prospects in any trade. Sort of like N Robertson.

I Want Domi
Honest assessment of Domi, going into this year I thought he was complete headcase, not worth the trouble. Watching him EVERY game, he is skilled, hasn't been prone to the headcase moments, doesn't shoot enough, and might not be great but puts effort into D. I would be fine with Hawks signing him to reasonable extension if trade value isn't met. All that said, I think he would fit well in MIN (not as good as Kane though).

Value is basically fine for Tinordi but I think Hawks hold him for that. Richardson obviously really likes him and is a 6th really worth it?

My OCD requires the pick going to Chicago to be the 5th round so they have at least one pick in each round.

TDL adds v3
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>JTBF81</b></div><div>Names isn't having a great season, granted; however, i think Tampa could still get a late round pick for him or at worst not have to pay to move him. If worst comes to worst, they can waive him and save at least some cap, even if he isn't claimed. Lafferty is worth at best a 2nd+later pick or equivalent type player/prospect, so it's not as though Tampa's offer is lowballing them here. I could see Tampa paying a 2nd+a 4th+Names perhaps, but Lafferty isn't worth a 1st or higher level prospect imo. Tampa can look elsewhere if Chicago wants an astronomical return on him.</div></div>
I agree with what you are saying about Lafferty value, that's why I'd think they put him in separate deal. I have thought about Hawks taking Names though fir a small price.

I think Chicago declines. Namestakov is a straight cap dump. I don't think Hawks are going to put Lafferty in a trade line that unless they are getting guaranteed big value.

Kravtsov doesn't seem like a player Davidson would target. Overall value isn't that bad but would think a different "prospect".

Another Option From Chicago
Kravtsov feels too much like Alex Nylander. Davidson's first trade was sending him to Pit for a 4th liner who was thought to be about out if a job because of injured players returning. They might take him but as a very minimal cost.

Chicago, like any team, doesn't have to accept any offer for any player. What source are you using for what you understand it would take?

LeBrun said today Hawks ask for 1st for McCabe with no retention, with retention price would go up. Think this offer requires a bit more. Not sure how much value Robertson has.

Everyone cam view it as they want. If Kane has been so bad then why trade for him?

I dont think Kravtsov isn't equivalent of 1st at all, personal opinion only is he is closer to bust. Plus Goodrow is a big cap dump that isn't being paid for. At least that's how I see this offer.

I think the Hawks keep Dickinson over Anderson who might be nontendered and Robertson who just has major injury after major injury. Leafs should've traded Robertson after strong preseason, don't think he has much value now.
