I mean now I get why Lamoriello was voted the GM of the year. What I don't get is why he got this award BEFORE the actually great moves he pulled lol.

I think we're really really underestimating the effect Edmonton's acquisition of Keith's bad cap is having on the dump market.

And I'm still reeling from it tbh. Gave up assets for a two-year anchor. The fact that the Isles PAID the Coyotes to take their crap cap probably has the Oilers' media baffled.
