I feel like the former 1st could be Valimaki or Zadorov. Zary & Pelletier could still be involved because there will be prospects involved.

Not saying this looks better for CGY, just trying to figure out the trade

Theo = Elite 2D -> about his ceiling
MT = Elite 1W -> could become more

Eichels the best if healthy and in form, and its close between the other two; but if youre adding Zary/ Krebs (Zary > Krebs), 1st, 1st, etc on top = thats just a steal for BUF regardless of his health. Plus IRL Eichels health is uncertain and so is his play. Guy hasnt played for basically 1-2 years by the time he does.

I think both Tkachuk (contract)
And Theodore got a bunch of good D on Vegas make sense though when both of these teams NEED an Elite 1C (Eichel before his injury was on there verge of Franchise level IMO) end of 2019 I had him as the 5/6th best player in the world debating with Matthews.

yeah thats why I put more potential, but Vegas isnt deep on D - they lose Theo in this trade and they dont make the playoffs imo. Its pretty thin IMO with Pietro struggling so far and if Theos gone (with Whitecloud hurt) they'd have Pietro, Martinez, and a bunch of whatever guys and Hague. Plus Stone and Patches are hurt. Flames may survive waiting for Eichel if acquired, Vegas doesn't imo.

A bunch of non-guarantee sources; so somewhat reliable insiders but aren't the big guns like Elliotte or Frank etc, are reporting and Eichel trade is quite close.
With Weekes saying its Tkachuk, former 1st, 1st, 2 Prospects on the table and Flame/ Buffalo beat writers following up saying theres "news" coming soon on their own platforms.

Now if Bobby Margarita says something its a done deal. Otherwise its just "talk" for now.

Tkachuk is the kind of guy you'd want to play with Eichel not give up for him, he's a great 1st liner, and considering he's healthy and jack's not, I'd take him over Eichel right now
