Shouldn’t pay premium prices for Hagel. He can’t maintain a 22 shot percentage that is inflating his numbers.

Pass on Hronek.

I agree. This proposal is more about Hronek than Hagel, however. You can put in another, smaller forward add here, as well.

Not bad for Hronek. I think the wings would consider that.

Seems like a lot in both deals, which means its probably close to fair. I just dunno about Hronek though, and def don't want Hagel

I don't know how I feel about that Hronek trade... which means it's probably fair...

This is a really good offer for Hronek and had Detroit had a replacement for him it'd be an easy yes.

We don't have a replacement for him though and Bear isn't one either. With the defensive problems we're having on our left side right now I don't think Yzerman would like weakening the right side as well at this point in time.

The offer is fine, I just don't think it's doable for Detroit.

Its a fair deal for hronek, I'd rather add to him and trade for a bigger piece, like chychrun but its an option.

If Chicago was offered that they should take it.

Lol Wings take that and run. No way Carolina would give up Jarvis for Hronek tho. Take him out and it's probably pretty close

It's easy to de-value Hronek because he plays on one of the worst defences in the league, and doesn't play alongside Seider.
I really like him and think he would be a great piece for a contender. He seems to compete really hard, and when deployed effectively (which Blashill is not great at doing) in the right system (which Blashill is not great at doing) he plays well. He's got that playoff intensity too. Hate to lose him, but then maybe you target one of the D toward the top of this draft, Detroit could have a replacement in Jiricek or Nemec.

One thing that should be noted is that he would become Slavin's 5-on-5 partner in Carolina. Hronek is way younger and not as good as Hamilton is right now, but it's important to note the kind of cartoonish numbers and metrics that Dougie had while playing with the best defensive defenseman in the NHL.

He's turning into a perennial 20 to 30 goal scored who plays a great 2way game with speed. Add in the cap hit and term he's going to cost a premium. people that just look at the shooting percentage and say pass clearly don't watch him. He's potting 30 this year and his floor will be 20 a year. all around great player

Zero chance of Detroit trading Hronek unless we already have a RD replacement like Klingberg or possibly bring Petry home. Right now we just don't have his replacement. but it's a very good offer.

1 season is now a perennial? Cmon now. Im glad I didn’t call Necas a perennial .65 ppg player after last season.

Just saying people who point point shooting percentage don’t watch him is trying to shoot down a very valid point. No one sustains that level of shooting percentage. Even a respectable 12% makes him look like a 3rd liner.

Until he starts shooting the puck more....there's a reason half the league is calling on him and offering a first round pick and top prospect

That is the asking price, it doesn’t mean an offer is out there.

Neither did anyone's projection of Hagel not being worth a 1st and good prospect LOL

I projected it. LMFAO many of my Hagel trades, if you look at some of my earlier proposals, had a 1st, 2nd, plus Suzuki/other prospects in it!

You didn't project 2 firsts and 2 2nd round prospects...nobody thought he would bring that kind of haul
