Description
It's time for this team to get a real shake up from a non-jets fan, big moves are needed...

1. Scheifele is a liability is an amazing scoring forward, most likely he will get traded and with a reasonable cap hit and some term, he will fetch a sizeable return and i feel like the jets need to cash in on him this offseason!!!

2. Give the prospects/young players a chance to prove themselves (including ones that are newly acquired).

3. Take chances on proven players that aren't being valued high enough (guys like Galchenyuk and Monahan for example)

4. Sign low risk, high reward deals like holtby for $2.0 x 2

why flip sorokin, who's younger and less expensive, for hellebuyck, and then give all that up for schiefele? that deal just doesn't really fit team needs at all

The Jets have no reason to sell low on all these deals. The Minnesota deal isn't awful, but doesn't give the Jets a single piece they need outside of the 1st.

Why would Winnipeg take two cap dumps from Calgary without being compensated to do so?

You can’t trade both scheifele and Dubois to start, and if you do, you might as well trade everybody older than 23 and restart nucleus

This offer is so bad I thought it was a leaf’s ACGM. Starting to think all of Canada is deluded when it comes to their favorite teams.
