Looks like it was NHL or bust for Dronov. Still an interesting player to keep and eye on.

The very very long shot to be Canada's goaltender of the future: Gabriel D'Aigle. 15 years old, already 6'4" and 209 lbs, now has 3 wins in 3 games including a shutout for Victoriaville in the QMJHL, 1.00 GAA and .963 SV%. 2025 draft-eligible awesome face

Edit: He was the 2nd overall pick in the 2022 QMJHL draft.

Canada desperately needs goalies, so hopefully this kid develops well. Right now our present is Kuemper and Talbot (okay, but not great), and our future is Hart (oof), Blackwood (bigger oof), Cossa (unproven), and Levi (unproven). It’d be nice to have a top 5 goalie in the world again at some point.

I watched him live and he was incredible. I'm not sure if he bends his knees when playing but I thought he was 5'5" when he was standing in his net, super surprised to see he was 6'4".

The announcer said he was the highest drafted goalie in 15 years in the QMJHL

A lot of goal scorers coming from juniors struggle to get their shot off and score in their first year in the AHL. 2 goals for dufour tonight and he’s been putting up 3-5 shots per game. Would be cool if he keeps it up…

speed wise watching dufour at the WJC he looked like josh anderson. big with size (obviously not gonna be as good as him because we all know the eliteness of josh anderson) but size + speed is a valuable thing if he can translate it to the NHL

Bit of a miss for EDM not to offer him a contract but DAL gain. Nice start so far

I have not seen the others, this one was posted on Reddit.

Edit: They're not available yet because Xhekaj, Guhle, Kovacevic, Slafkovsky have not played 200+ minutes.

Always hard to evaluate Q scoring and how it will translate to the NHL but this is still really freakin good

McCagg listing Fantilli ahead of Bedard is definitely one of the takes of all time.
