Pretty sure Hartman isn't available, he is on probably the best contract in the NHL. The Wild also don't have any need for Barrie so if that was the center piece to the trade the Wild would decline.

Talking about a trash offer for Larkin, Cost you far more than Foegele and a 1st and 2nd round pick. Start with Holloway and Broberg and more. Not a bunch of trash.

Larkin supposedly getting traded this year... I imagine a move like that comes towards the trade deadline... any contending team that would trade for larkin is getting him as a rental and while I can see the wings getting a bit more for him, its pretty close.

Larkin is an interesting target - is it possible that he gets moved at the deadline? This isn't enough, they'll want a good prospect too.

I don't see either of the other trades happening: too costly for minimal improvements.

Frank Seravalli is a freaking joke, If you think just because he said Larkin is getting traded and it's factual, Sorry he know's nothing about Detroit and it's organization. Larkin has said numerous times that he doesn't see himself playing anywhere else than hometown Detroit and i believe him. And your trash offer is so that i don't know where to begin. It would take a 1st round pick just to deal Foegele let alone just adding another 2nd round pick. If you honestly can't make an attempt at a decent trade then don't even make one. You just are making yourself look foolish here.

A team at the deadline, who legitimately has a shot, will overpay for him if they think he is the missing piece (assuming he isn’t signed by then).

As far as value, if you believe that’s close, you skimped out on the 2023 first and asked for retention for a player comparable only in cap hit.
