Noteworthy comment from Lebrun
Believes the Sharks are listening and shopping everyone but Hertl. With Karlssons hot start there has been traction (online not on GMs phones) about Karlsson being swapped with an anchor for a contender (obviously retention involved). This in addition to their AHL squad being confirmed to be left alone (no call ups) - I predict we’ll see San Jose trade;

Barabanov by TDL
Meier extended or traded (duh) by TDL
Bonino/ Nieto/ Gregor (low end trades) traded
Reimer moved to Toronto LOL but I’m calling it
A new younger goalie added
And if Karlsson is above a point per game by TDL I actually think he’ll be attempted to be traded (no longer just online speculation)

I also would anticipate Grier to make 1-2 AHL specific trades as I think with the way the Barracuda look; they could contend for the Calder Cup. Bordeleau is firing, and Eklund may not have the point production but his 200ft play has been unreal; a very positive sign. The depth looks great and other young prospects Merkley Robins Reedy have been great. Gushchin and Coe got some more to prove but I bet Grier will look to make notable AHL specific trades.

Oilers 3rd line of JP-McLeod-Foegele has been very noticeable this season, they have really good chemistry

We got Sammy so we really dont need Forsberg. A more experienced veteran goalie would be better to be the backup. Someone to mentor and teach him new skills

Reimer reunion would be fun

Cause in general at the TDL I feel depending on injuries were gonna see a similar path to what Colorado did

Add a top 4 RD
A few cheap depth guys
And a luxary depth forward
And a backup (should Murray still be down)
