Saros won't be moved but if he was, he's a bone fide top 5 goalie in the league. It would cost significantly more than Rosen and a 1st, since the other two pieces don't have significant value to them

Even Rosen isn't someone NSH would salivate over - they already had a ton of great wing prospects, even before they started tearing down.

Casey has one less point than Boeser and is $4 million cheaper. Why are they making this trade and giving up a high second round pick in the process?

I agree that a second is probably too much right now, but Boeser has played 7 less games than Mittelstadt and is more proven.
