I find the idea that Winnipeg would accept only a first for DuBois laughable, but that Washington would give up the eighth overall selection in this year's draft for Josh Anderson simultaneously stunning and hilarious. That the Capitals would add a second, even an over-the-horizon second, makes this offer one of the all-time worst trades ever suggested on CapFriendly.

The Los Angeles GM would be polite declining that offer. None of the other GMs would be, and at least two of them would tell him to never call them again EVER.

I don't know if you realize this or not but Drouin has no value (maybe like a 5th for his signing rights but even that is a stretch) cause he is a UFA. So you are trading a mid 1st for Rossi and a 2nd, that is just awful for the Wild. You are overvaluing our players a lot but since it's your first attempt it's not like you did it deliberately. Have fun, I am sure your ACGM's will get better with time.

Drouin is a UFA that has quit on multiple teams, multiple times. He’s going to Colorado because 1) they have a huge need and 2) That’s probably the only team that thinks they can turn him around.
