Im not sure theres such a thing as a fair offer. For starters you'd have to over pay, levi has a lot of hype around him and although im not looking to throw him right into the league, i think he should be in the ahl this year, he is a hope for future solid goaltending so you'd have to offer solid goaltending back on a controled contract for 3 years and a sweetner for getting the younger player. Why would anyone pay that tho....
