I think the Canucks may plan to use Suter as the Blueger replacement next season, although a 3rd for Evans is also pretty fair and I don’t hate that deal

Move back 8 spots and get an actual OFD. Like after Faber, the best point producer on defense is Brodin with 23

Hawks will just stick to BPA with the #2 pick. They're in no position to be trading back in the draft.

Are you daft? If that were a need, then they'd just draft a better option 8 spots higher. You know, with their own draft pick.

They also literally acquired Declan Chisholm through waivers off the Jets for just that reason. They took Faber off PP1 to utilize Chisholm there instead. So your argument is void regardless and irrelevant to begin with.

Hawks want nothing to do with Dvorak unless they are given a 2nd round pick to take him.

Montreal would never do that second deal with Chicago.

I think Detroit just keeps the better pick and the player.

Holy overpay on that CHI trade. I get its 2nd OA, but that seems like a ridiculous price to move 4 spots, especially since there isn’t a clear cut #2

Detroit gives up the better player and the higher pick?

    Yeah, no.

ah yes how i could forget Declan Chisholm, who has 6 points in 24 games. Elite PP quarterback
